Permissible eats

Feeling a little hungry? Craving to chew?

 

I want you to have a positive cleanse experience so I’ve come up with a list of “cheats.” Use one or two of these when your body’s telling you it needs to break the cleanse.

Good Fats

  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Almonds or Pumpkin Seeds (raw, unsalted) 

Crunchy Vegetables

  • Celery
  • Fennel
  • Cucumber
  • Jicama
  • Radish

Low-Sugar Fruit

  • Apple
  • Pear
  • ½ cup Blueberries or Raspberries 

Protein

  • 1 Egg (hardboiled)
  • 3-4 oz of Chicken (no, not fried!)
