Apple Cider has been receiving some major buzz lately and not without good reason. If you have never heard of it, or even if you have and have not had the chance to try it yet, read on, make a little bit of room in your pantry, and stock up! This powerful elixir is recognized for its array of benefits, and we understand why, we really dig it too! As an anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal superstar, there are a million and one reasons to start incorporating Apple Cider Vinegar into your diet and even your beauty routine.

Below are just a few reasons why we love it and how we use it. Use as mentioned below or even try it with some of our Lemon Ginger Juice! We recommend Apple Cider Vinegar in between cleansing to aid in digestion, encourage healthy skin and hair, and improve your overall energy.

Digestion! Come on, whose digestion couldn’t use a lil’ boost?! It’s one of the reasons why we do what we do, we love helping you feel the very best you can, and we believe healthy digestion is key.
How to use Apple Cider vinegar for Digestion: Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to a cup of water. Sip it while you eat a few times a day.

Skin and scalp! Acne prone? Skin feeling dull? Fighting dandruff? This is your potion!
How to use Apple Cider Vinegar for your skin and scalp: Either internally as you we do for “digestion” or even topically for skin. Dilute it with 2 parts water. Use it like you would use a toner. For your scalp, either ingest as you would for your skin or use a ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with a cup of cold water.

Energy Boost! Apple Cider Vinegar balances your pH! pH balance is indicative of overall health. It helps lead your body to alkalinity- our bodies need to be slightly alkaline to be healthy. Apple Cider Vinegar restores alkalinity, make you feel brighter and more energized. For energy: Ingest as you would for “digestion” benefits.

Tip: When buying Apple Cider Vinegar make sure it is murky on the bottom. The cloudiness is called the “mother”, which is a group of friendly bacteria- the kind that you want! As always, we recommend you buy the organic kind.
