Watermelon is roughly 92% water and very low calorie, yet an excellent source of antioxidants as well as vitamin C, A, B1 & B6, beta-carotene, magnesium, potassium and lycopene (the carotenoid that makes watermelon that pretty red/pink).* While "fasting" you'll be peeing plenty (flush those kidneys!) as watermelon is also a powerful diuretic.
