Drink + Eat Up!

Each day (for 3 days), you will consume the same seasonal menu of 6 nutrient-rich beverages and one plant-based detox salad:

  • 2 Fruit Juices
  • 2 Green Vegetable Juices
  • 1 Herbal Tea
  • 1 Savory Soup
  • 1 Salad

Approximately 1350 calories per day

Salad ingredients: chicory, spinach, lacinato kale, carrot, cucumber, celery, apple, radish, mixed herbs (parsley, cilantro, mint), quinoa, flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, acai-lemon dressing (champagne vinegar, lemon, acai, ginger, cayenne, maple syrup, shallots, olive oil)

8:00am  Lemon Ginger Juice 

9:00am  Green Juice 

10:30am Cardamom Dandelion Tea 

12:30pm Winter Orange Soup 

2:30pm   Spiced Apple Juice 

5:00pm   Green Juice 

6:30pm   Detox Salad

*Skew the times according to when you wake-up. If you consume a beverage earlier or late, not to worry. These are guidelines that should be adjusted to fit your lifestyle. Remember to listen to your body and do what feels best for you!

Who Should Ra-Ra! Cleanse?
