Persimmon & Blueberry Oatmeal

Fruit, nut, whole grain goodness!

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of rolled oat
  • 1/2 c blueberries (frozen are ok)
  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts

Preparation

Cook the oats. Serve with blueberries, persimmon, and walnuts. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired. Enjoy your morning!
