Purple Kale Smoothie
My vitamin-packed, fiber-rich liquid am meal!
Prep Time: 10 mins
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 large leave kale (green or lacinato), rib removed and coarsley chopped
- 3/4 cup pure coconut water
- Dash of cinnamon
Add fruit and kale to blender. Pour in coconut water and add cinnamon. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are liquified. Enjoy immediately.
1/4 cup raw, soaked almonds (soak overnight before enjoying).
