Green Peas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peas, fresh or frozen, thawed in cold water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp lemon zest

 

Preparation

Toss peas and olive oil together in small bowl. Fold in mind and lemon zest.
