Hearts of Romaine
Super refreshing, super hydrating!
Prep Time: 10 mins
- 3 large leaves of romaine, washed and chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
Place romaine in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juices and olive oil. Add parsley and toss well.
