Dressing: Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Salad: Toast walnuts in a small dry frying pan 2-3 mins or until fragrant. In a medium sized bowl, toss arugula, pears and walnuts together. Toss with dressing, sprinkle in dill, season with salt & pepper and serve.
Need more than a bowl of salad? Serve with 1 hard boiled egg, sliced.
