Ingredients

  • 3 large leaves of romaine, washed and chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley

Preparation

Place romaine in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juices and olive oil. Add parsley and toss well.
