- 1 slice (1 1/2 inch thick) whole-grain bread (fresh from local bakery)
- 1/3 of an avocado, sliced
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 3 fresh basil leaves*, coarsely chopped
*substitute with your favorite fresh herb: parsley, cilantro or for a little "sweet" mint!
Toast bread. Add sliced avocado. Drizzle olive oil evenly and top with fresh basil.
Wash it down!
