When can I start my cleanse?

You may start your cleanse any Monday – Friday. Orders should be placed 36 hours in advance. If you would like to start within 24 hours or on a Saturday, please email us: TeamJuice@cancancleanse.com

Am I going to need to use the bathroom all day?
You may make a few more trips to relieve your bladder if your body’s not accustom to consuming large volumes of liquids, but it’s unlikely you’ll be making abnormal visits to poop. Phew!

Can I exercise while I’m on CAN CAN Cleanse?
You are welcome to do light exercise (walking, yoga, stretching), but listen to your body and see how you feel. You may feel tired and need to take it easy. Rest is very important during the cleanse as your body will be running on minimal calories.

Will I lose weight?
Most CAN CAN’ers lose at least a pound or two during the cleanse (some lose more), however, weight loss should not be the primary goal of a cleanse. If weight loss is your goal, cleansing can jump-start you with many positive physical and mental benefits.

Should I take my daily vitamins while on the cleanse?
You are welcome to continue to take your daily vitamins, however, be reminded that CAN CAN provides an abundance of essential vitamins and minerals derived from the source – fresh vegetables and fruits.

What do I do if I’m constipated?
Juiced fruits and vegetables do provide soluble fiber, but you still may experience constipation while on the cleanse. Not to worry, I recommend light exercise or stretching and if necessary, add fiber. Psyllium husks or seeds and flax fiber are great sources and aid in the body’s elimination process.

How is CAN CAN Cleanse different from other cleanses?
I’ve designed the cleanse program to offer:

  • Variety of Beverages: cooling fruit and vegetable juices as well as warming savory soup and herbal teas throughout the day. The variety satiates the body and mind.
  • Seasonality: highlighting the seasonal changes in our local produce, CAN CAN adapts the cleanse program four times a year to pair the body’s cravings with the climate we live in.
  • Support: this is not a solo experience, I’m here with you every step of the way. Encouraging you, motivating you, and checking in on you to make sure you stay on track and achieve your goal!

Where do you source your organic vegetables and fruits?
CAN CAN Cleanse is fortunate to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The proximity to local farms in Northern and Central California makes it easy for me to work with small farmers and support local agriculture.

How often do you recommend that I do CAN CAN Cleanse?
I recommend four times a year; make it a seasonal commitment! For those looking to utilize CAN CAN Cleanse as part of a wellness plan, you might be inclined to participate more frequently.

What if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
CAN CAN Cleanse is not advised for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Children, the elderly, and persons with disease, illness or weakened immune systems are also not advised to cleanse. Whenever you are thinking about starting a cleanse, you should consult your doctor or a medical professional.

May I recycle the jars after my cleanse? You’re welcome to hang onto your jars and when you reorder, our delivery driver will pick up the old jars and leave your new order.

Do you offer refunds?

At Can Can Cleanse, all of our products are made to order, ensuring the freshest and highest quality for each customer. Because our juices, soups, and other items are non-pasteurized and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed.

Our no refunds policy helps us maintain strict quality control standards and ensures that every product you receive is as fresh and safe as possible. We also encourage proper storage and consumption practices to enjoy the best experience with our products. What is the proper way to store Can Can products? We recommend refrigerating all juices and food items immediately upon receipt. Please consume them within the timeframe indicated on the packaging for the best experience. Non-pasteurized products carry a risk of spoilage if not stored correctly. Always check the product for freshness before consuming.
