Permissible Eats
Feeling a little hungry? Craving to chew?
I want you to have a positive cleanse experience so I’ve come up with a list of “cheats.” Use one or two of these when your body’s telling you it needs to break the cleanse.
Good Fats
- ½ Avocado
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Almonds or Pumpkin Seeds (raw, unsalted)
Crunchy Vegetables
- Celery
- Fennel
- Cucumber
- Jicama
- Radish
Low-Sugar Fruit
- Apple
- Pear
- ½ cup Blueberries or Raspberries
Protein
- 1 Egg (hardboiled)
- 3-4 oz of Chicken (no, not fried!)
